Overview
Zeus Manuals sells digital service and repair manuals supplied as downloadable PDF or ZIP files. No physical products are shipped.
Because customers receive access to digital content immediately after purchase, completed orders are generally final and non-refundable. However, we want every customer to receive the manual that was ordered in a usable format. Refunds or replacement files may therefore be provided in the circumstances described below.
When a Refund May Be Granted
A refund may be considered when:
• The purchased file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
• The supplied manual is materially different from the product description or the models stated on the product page.
• You did not receive access to your download and we are unable to resolve the delivery problem.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
Please contact us within 7 days of purchase if you experience one of these issues. We will normally attempt to resolve the problem by supplying a working download link, replacement file, or correct manual before issuing a refund.
When a Refund Is Normally Not Available
A refund is normally not available when:
• The correct manual and working download have already been supplied.
• You purchased a manual for the wrong model without first checking the model information shown on the product page.
• You changed your mind after receiving access to the digital product.
• Your device or software cannot open a standard PDF or ZIP file.
• You expected information that was not included in, or promised by, the product description.
We encourage customers to review the product title, model numbers, description, file format, and manual specifications before completing an order. If you are unsure whether a manual is suitable for your model, please contact us before purchasing.
Requesting Assistance or a Refund

Please include:
• Your order number.
• The email address used for the order.
• The title or URL of the purchased manual.
• A clear description of the problem.
• Screenshots of any error message, where relevant.
Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and may take several business days after approval.
Mandatory Consumer Rights
This policy does not exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where applicable law provides a withdrawal or cancellation right for digital content, that right may end once delivery or access begins after the customer has provided the consent and acknowledgement required by law.

Zeus Manuals may update this Refund Policy when necessary. Changes apply from the effective date shown at the top of this page.
